§ 32.01 GENERALLY.
   (A)   The Council performs the duties and exercises the powers of administrative boards or commissions.
   (B)   (1)   However, the Council may establish boards or commissions for the city and, under its supervision as provided in this chapter, to investigate subjects or to perform quasi-judicial functions.
      (2)   Additional administrative boards or commissions may be established as required by law or for the administration of a municipal function jointly shared with other political subdivisions.
      (3)   Except as otherwise provided with respect to a board or commission, the provisions of this subchapter shall apply to all boards and commissions provided in this code of ordinances.
