§ 117.13 REGISTRATION REINSTATEMENT OR REAPPLICATION.
   (A)   If a registration for a unit or building or lot has been revoked or suspended, the registration shall only be regranted if all violations are corrected. The owner shall make application for the registration and comply with requirements of this chapter prior to issuance including payment of registration fee and inspection of affected units.
   (B)   All new applications must be accompanied by a reinstatement fee, as specified by Council resolution, in addition to all other fees required by this chapter.
