The holder of an off-sale brew pub malt liquor license or off-sale small brewer malt liquor license may sell malt liquor packaged in 64-ounce containers commonly known as “growlers” or in 750 milliliter bottles, between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Sundays.
