The provisions of M.S. Ch. 340A, as it may be amended from time to time, commonly known as the Liquor Act, are adopted and made a part of this subchapter as if set out in full. Whenever there is an inconsistency between the provisions of M.S. Ch. 340A, as it may be amended from time to time, and the provisions of this subchapter, the more restrictive governs.
