§ 97.99 PENALTY.

(A) Failure or omission to comply with any part of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and may be so prosecuted, subject to the penalty provided in division (B) below.

(B) Violation of this chapter shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both.
