§ 93.38 OUTDOOR FIRE BOILERS.
   An outdoor wood fire boiler may be installed and used in the city only in accordance with all of the following provisions.
   (A)   The outdoor fire boiler shall be installed and used only in an area zoned for R-A, R-1, R-2 and B-2.
   (B)   The outdoor fire boiler shall not be used to burn refuse.
   (C)   The outdoor fire boiler shall burn clean wood, natural wood which has not been painted, varnished or coated with a similar material, has not been pressure treated with preservatives, and does not contain resins or glues as in plywood or other composite wood products.
   (D)   The outdoor fire boiler shall have a chimney that extends at least 15 feet above the ground surface. If there are any buildings within 300 feet, the chimney shall also extend at least as high buildings above the ground surface as the height of the roofs of all buildings.
