(A) Notice of non-compliance shall be in writing and served upon either the property owner or the person in control of the property by personal service or by mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the last known address of the person.
(B) The notice shall state that the non-conforming wood storage shall be made to comply with the provisions of this subchapter within ten days or be removed from the property.
