§ 90.41 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TREE INSPECTOR. The Park Superintendent or other employee of the city as the Council may designate.
   WOOD. Includes, but is not limited to, firewood and lumber.
