§ 72.29 TRUCK AND BUS PARKING.
   (A)   It is unlawful to park a detached semi-trailer upon any street, city-owned parking lot or other public property. This section shall not apply in areas where specific permission to park the vehicles has been granted by the Chief of Public Safety and the City Engineer.
   (B)   It is unlawful to park a truck, a truck-tractor, a tractor-trailer or a bus of more than one-ton capacity, or any other vehicle including a motor home or towed camper of more than one-ton capacity, on any street within an area zoned as a residential district, except for the purpose of loading or unloading the same.
   (C)   It is unlawful to park a truck, a truck-tractor, a tractor-trailer or a bus of more than one-ton capacity on any street within an area zoned as a commercial district between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., on any weekday, but parking of the vehicle for a period of not more than 30 minutes shall be permitted in a space for the purpose of necessary access to abutting property for loading or unloading when access cannot reasonably be secured from an alley or from an adjacent street where truck and bus parking is not so restricted.
