(A) Definition. The term TRAILER means an unoccupied, non-motorized device drawn by an automobile, truck or tractor or other motor vehicle.
(B) Illegal parking of trailers. It is unlawful to park a trailer, detached from a motor vehicle, on any street unless there is an active project for which storage of equipment and or materials/supplies is needed and a permit has been granted by the Public Works Director pursuant to other provisions of the code.
