§ 71.02 FIRE LANES.
   (A)   The city may, as and where deemed necessary for the protection of persons and property, establish fire lanes on private property.
   (B)   It is the duty of the owner of the premises, upon notice from the city, to appropriately sign-post and otherwise mark the fire lanes.
