§ 53.34 NOTIFICATION OF VIOLATION; PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF VIOLATORS.
   (A)   Notification of violation. Whenever the City Engineer finds that any industrial user has violated or is violating this subchapter, wastewater discharge permit or any prohibit limitation or requirement contained herein, the Engineer may serve upon the person a written notice stating the nature of the violation. Within 30 days of the date of the notice, a plan for the satisfactory correction thereof shall be submitted to city by the user.
   (B)   Public notification of violators. At a minimum frequency of once a year, the city shall publish in the city’s newspaper, a list of industrial users in violation of their discharge permits and descriptions of enforcement action taken in each case.
