§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violating § 51.03 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine or imprisonment or both. The penalty may be imposed in addition to suspension or revocation of the license.

   (C)   (1)   Violation of any of the requirements set forth in § 51.17 of this chapter is a misdemeanor.
      (2)   Any person convicted of violating § 51.23 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine or imprisonment or both. The penalty may be imposed in addition to suspension or revocation of the license.
