(A) All multiple-dwelling residences, including, but not limited to, duplexes, triplexes or apartments, must pay the minimum charge per unit or use the city dumpster service, at which time the dumpster rates would apply.
(B) All business in the city must pay the minimum charge per business for refuse service.
