§ 35.60 REPAIR OF SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   Notice; no emergency. Where, in the opinion of the city, no emergency exists, notice of required repair or reconstruction shall be given to the owner and occupant of the abutting property. The notice shall require completion of the work within 90 days.
   (B)   Notice; emergency. Where, in the opinion of the city, an emergency exists, notice of required repair or reconstruction shall be given to the owner and occupant of the abutting property. The notice shall require completion of the work within ten days.
   (C)   Failure of owner and occupant to repair or reconstruct. If the owner and occupant do not so repair or reconstruct the sidewalk, the city may do so and keep a record of the cost thereof.
