§ 35.56 OWNER, OCCUPANT RESPONSIBILITY.

   It is the primary responsibility of all owners and occupants of private property to:

   (A)   Remove snow, ice, dirt and refuse from adjacent sidewalks;

   (B)   Eliminate weeds and cut grass thereon and on non-traveled portions of abutting streets;

   (C)   Remove or eliminate public health or safety hazards therefrom; and

   (D)   Repair abutting sidewalks.
