All income from the operation and maintenance and the capital repayment of the wastewater disposal system, and the records of expenses of operation, shall be kept and maintained in a separate fund in an account designated as the Wastewater Disposal System Fund. The Fund shall be subdivided to keep operation and maintenance revenues in an account separate from the revenue derived from debt service. All expenses of operation shall be paid from operation and maintenance revenue funds. All expenses of capital repayment shall be paid from the debt service funds go portion of the revenue so derived may be used for the extension of storm sewers.
