(A) A public official must report any conduct by other public officials that he or she believes violates this Code of Ethics to the City Administrator or, if the alleged violator is the City Administrator, the alleged violation must be reported to the City Attorney.
(B) Once a violation is reported under the above clause, the City Administrator or City Attorney, whichever is applicable, must immediately investigate the alleged violation and make appropriate recommendations to the Mayor, Council and/or the City Administrator.
