§ 33.10 AVOIDING BIAS OR FAVORITISM.
   When making decisions or recommendations on behalf of the City of Fergus Falls, a public official shall always act for the benefit of the City of Fergus Falls, avoid bias or favoritism, and shall respect cultural differences.
