§ 33.05 USE OF OFFICIAL POSITION TO SOLICIT PRIVILEGES OR SPECIAL TREATMENT.
   A public official shall not use his or her official position to solicit privileges or special treatment unless the privileges or special treatment are for the benefit of the city.
