129.08 MISCELLANEOUS POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Treasurer, under the direction of the Town Manager, shall:
   (a)   Prepare and submit to the Town Manager, Mayor and Council such financial and fiscal reports as they may require.
   (b)   Prepare all vouchers and payrolls relating to items and personnel subject to his authority.
   (c)   Conduct such routine audits as may from time to time be required by the Town Manager, Mayor and Council.
   (d)   Prescribe rules for the collection of coins from parking meters and for other collections of money, and the method of accounting therefor and payment thereof into the Town treasury.
   (e)   Perform such other duties and exercise such other powers as may be prescribed by State law for municipal treasurers and as may be prescribed for him by the Codified Ordinances and other ordinances, resolutions and directives of Council and the Town Manager.
