1150.06 NON-PAYMENT OF FEES AND LIENS.

After the owner is given notice of the amount of the registration fee due and the owner fails to pay the amount, said amount shall constitute a debt due and owing the Town and the Town may commence a civil action to collect such unpaid debt.
