(a) No dumpsters shall be permitted in the areas designated as “Residential” by the Zoning Ordinances of the Town. However, a permit may be obtained from the Town Superintendent to place dumpsters in said Residential areas for a period of thirty (30) days for construction, remodeling, repairs, or demolition. In the event that the time for construction, remodeling, repair or demolition will exceed the thirty (30) days an application shall be made to the Town Superintendent for a thirty (30) day extension. Any application for an extension beyond this shall be made to Town Council who shall have sole discretion to grant or deny such application for such period as they deem appropriate.
(b) The fee for placing a dumpster within a Residential area shall be ten dollars ($10.00).
