The Town of Fayetteville shall charge the following fees in connection with copies and/or research; however, no charge shall be made for such copies supplied to the Town or any other governmental unit, or any of their agencies, bureaus, departments, divisions or instrumentalities, and members of the Council for their official use.

Computer printouts | Twenty-five cents (.25) per page |
Clerical time | Sixteen dollars ($16.00) per hour |
Professional time | Fifty-five dollars ($55.00) per hour or any portion thereof |
Research time | Twenty-seven dollars ($27.00) per hour or any portion thereof |
