125.04 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Town Attorney shall:
   (a)   Be the legal adviser, attorney and counsel for Council and its committees, the Mayor and Town Manager, and all officers, boards and commissions of the Town government, and; upon their written request, he shall render to them his written opinion on any legal matter pertaining to their official duties.
   (b)   Prepare all official bonds, contracts, deeds and other instruments in writing in which the Town is concerned and shall endorse thereon his approval as to form.
   (c)   Prepare all ordinances for presentation to Council and, at the request of any member of Council, he shall prepare any resolution which is to be presented to Council.
   (d)   When so directed by the Town Manager or Council, represent the Town in the Municipal Court and in all courts of record, including cases on appeal.
   (e)   Perform such other professional duties as may be required of him by Council, in accord with the agreement between him and Council.
