1515.13 FIREWORKS.

No person shall manufacture within the Town any fireworks, firecrackers or other explosives of like kind or nature, and no person shall ignite, explode or fire any firecracker, squib, or fireworks, or sell or purchase any firecracker, squib or fireworks except as provided in West Virginia Code 29-3-23 et seq.
