1393.03 INJUNCTION.

(a) The Planning Commission, or any designated enforcement official, may institute a suit for in junction in the County Circuit Court to restrain an individual or a governmental unit from violating the provisions of these regulations.

(b) The Planning Commission, or any designated enforcement official, may institute a suit for a mandatory in junction directing an individual or a governmental unit to remove a structure erected in violation of the provisions of these regulations.
