In the case of a minor subdivision, four copies of a deed description of the lots to be thus created, plus four copies of a map showing lot dimensions, bearings, location of monuments and the relationship of the lots to the street upon which they front, shall be sufficient for consideration for final approval by the Planning Commission. This submittal shall include the information required by Section 1373.02(c) and shall be filed with an application for subdivision approval with the Planning Commission. If approved by the Planning Commission, the application shall be subject to the requirements of Section 1373.03(i).
