111.09 ATTESTATION; RECORD OF ORDINANCES.
   Each ordinance, upon its final passage, shall be signed by the presiding officer of Council and attested by the Recorder, who shall than number it consecutively and record it in the Record of Ordinances. (1973 Code §2-22)
