909.05 WARNING LIGHTS, BARRICADES AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS.
   Permits granted under this article shall state what, if any, safety barriers, lights, warning signs or other safety precautions shall be required of permittees and no permittee shall fail to comply with the requirements thereof; provided, that in any case, each permittee shall cause two red lights to be securely and conspicuously posted, one at each end of the excavation for which his permit has been issued, and if such excavation exceeds twenty-five feet in length, then there shall be an additional light for each additional twenty-five feet or fraction thereof. Such lights shall be kept burning from sunset to sunrise.
