(a) Private clubs licensed by the State pursuant to West Virginia Code Article 60-7 shall pay to the Town an annual license fee, or partial license fee, as the case may be, as follows:
(1) For a licensee having one hundred members or less | $ 125.00 |
(2) For a licensee having more than one hundred, but less than three hundred members | 187.50 |
(3) For a licensee having three hundred or more, but less than six hundred members | 250.00 |
(4) For a licensee having six hundred or more members | 375.00 |
(b) The fee for any such Town license issued following the first day of January of any year, and to expire on the thirtieth of June of such year, shall be one-half of those amounts herein above set forth.
