765.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall manufacture, sell or possess for sale, transport or distribute nonintoxicating beer except in accordance with the provisions of this article and after first having obtained a Town license so to do as provided in this article. The licensing officer under this article shall be the Recorder.
