755.11 INSURANCE COMPANIES.

(a) Any person engaging in the transaction of any insurance business in the Town as a broker shall pay an annual Town license tax of ten dollars ($10.00).

(b) Any person engaging in the transaction of any insurance business in the Town as an agent or solicitor shall pay an annual Town license tax of five dollars ($5.00).
