Any person engaging in the business of providing the accommodations and services of hospital, sanatarium or extended care facility operated in connection with a hospital shall pay an annual Town license tax as determined by the number of beds available for patients as follows:
Those with five beds or more, not exceeding forty-nine, twenty dollars ($20.00); and those with fifty or more beds, thirty dollars ($30.00).
