755.08 FORTUNE-TELLING.

The annual license fee to act as a fortune-teller, palmist, phrenologist, spiritualist, medium, clairvoyant, mind reader, or any other person who performs the art or profession of telling the past or forecasting the future shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
