533.10 DEFRAUDING A HOSTELRY.
   No person at any hotel, inn, eating, lodging or boarding house or restaurant within the Town shall receive or cause to be furnished any food or accommodations with intent to defraud the owner or keeper of such hotel, inn, eating, lodging or boarding house or restaurant; or obtain credit at any hotel, inn, eating, lodging or boarding house or restaurant by the use of any false pretenses or device; or by depositing in such hotel, inn, eating or lodging house, or boarding house or restaurant, any baggage or property of value less than the amount of such credit or of the bill by such person incurred, with such fraudulent intent; or after obtaining credit or accommodation, abscond from such hotel, inn, lodging or boarding house or restaurant, or remove or attempt to remove therefrom any baggage or personal property with intent to defraud the owner or keeper of such place.
