505.15 OBSERVATION OF DOG BITING A PERSON.

Every person owning or harboring a dog in the City, whether licensed or unlicensed, which shall bite any person, shall forthwith place the dog, at his own expense, in the custody and care of a licensed veterinarian and shall comply with the provisions of Section 505.08(a).
