505.05 CERTAIN ANIMALS AND POULTRY PROHIBITED.

(a) “Livestock” means cattle, horses, swine, sheep, goats, or any other animal of the bovine, equine, porcine, ovine or caprine species and poultry. (W.Va. Code 12-10B-2)

(b) No person shall keep, harbor or maintain within the Town any livestock.
