(a) No person shall park or maintain a house trailer, mobile home or modular home within the limits of this Town for a period longer than forty-eight hours; provided, that this section shall not apply to any circus, carnival or other traveling show during the time it is operating within the Town under a license duly issued by the Town.

(b) Any vehicle parking in violation of this section may be impounded by the Police Department.
