1315.06 COMMERCIAL USE LOT REQUIREMENTS AND REGULATIONS FOR FOOD TRUCKS AND FOOD TRAILERS.
   (a)   The unit and any awning connected thereto shall not be closer than fifteen (15) feet to a sidewalk, public or private street.
   (b)   Any awning or other attachment to the food truck or food trailer may not extend more than four (4) feet from the food truck or food trailer.
   (c)   The unit and any awning shall not be closer than eight (8) feet on any side to any other unit or structure located upon the lot upon which it is situate.
   (d)   The total coverage of the lot upon which a unit or more than one unit is located cannot exceed fifty percent (50%).
   (e)   No food truck or food trailer may remain on the property for more than four (4) consecutive days, unless the same is owned, operated and used by the owner of a restaurant located upon the same parcel of land upon which it is situate.
   (f)   The time frame for which property may be occupied by food trucks or food trailers determined by the Town Council, not to exceed six (6) months along with other rules and regulations for the operation of said units.
   (g)   No food trucks or food trailers may be stored upon property, unless the same is owned, operated and used by the owner of a restaurant located upon the same parcel of land upon
which it is situate, is prohibited.
