(a) The Town Council shall authorize expenditures reasonable necessary to acquire:
(1) Suitable offices for the holding of meetings and the preservation of plans, maps, documents and accounts; and
(2) Appropriate money to defray the reasonable expenses of the Planning Commission.
(b) The Commission shall have authority to accept gifts, funds and donations which will be deposited with the Town Treasurer in a special non-reverting Planning Commission fund to be available for expenditures by the Planning Commission for the purpose designated by the donor.
