1800.10 QUORUM.

A majority of members of the Historical Landmark Commission shall constitute a quorum. No action of the Commission is official however, unless authorized by a majority of the Commission. The members of the Commission shall serve without compensation, but shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred.
