1800.03 DOUBLE CLASSIFICATION.

In addition to being classified as Class H Districts, the aforementioned areas shall also fall within the requirements of Class B Business, Class R Residential, Class PD Planned Development, and Class R2, and should there be any conflict between the requirements of the classes, the most stringent requirements shall be followed.
