(a) If an applicant’s wireless facilities are located in a right-of-way, the applicant shall pay a rate of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year, per small wireless facility for occupancy and use of the right-of-way.
(b) If an applicant collocates its wireless facilities on a Town of Fayetteville utility pole, the applicant shall pay a rate of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) per year, per Town of Fayetteville utility pole for the occupancy and use of the Town of Fayetteville utility pole.
