1324a.13 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.

The Town of Fayetteville may revoke an applicant’s permit at any time if the conditions of the permit required pursuant to Chapter 31H of the West Virginia Code are no longer being satisfied. (Passed 7-7-22.)
