1321.21 PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL.

Private swimming pools are permitted accessory uses to dwellings in residential districts only when located in rear yards. Swimming pools and protective barriers, required by the building code or otherwise installed, must adhere to setback requirements within the zoning district where the pool is located. (Passed 7-7-22.)
