Council, having heretofore elected to extend the benefits of Title II of the Federal Social Security Act to all eligible Town officers and employees, as provided in West Virginia Code 5-7- 5, hereby declares that the plan for extending those benefits as heretofore submitted to and approved by the State Auditor in his capacity as the “state agency” shall continue in full force and effect and that the Town shall conform to all applicable provisions of West Virginia Code 5-7-1 to 5-7-10.
