Minimum Lot Area	4,000 SF
Minimum Lot Width	75 feet
Maximum Structure Height	40 feet
Building Setback Requirements
Minimum Front Setback	50 feet
Minimum Side Setback	50 feet
Minimum Rear Setback	50 feet
