(a) The salary of the Mayor shall be $2,166.67 a month. The salary of the Recorder shall be $1083.34 a month. The salary of the members of Council shall be $433.34 a month. The Mayor, Recorder, Council members shall receive as compensation for their services as provided in the annual budget or other ordinance of Council.

(b) Except as may be provided otherwise in the Codified Ordinance or other ordinance, all fees paid to Town officers and employees shall be deemed to be money belonging to the Town, and shall be paid over to the Treasurer by the recipients thereof not less frequently than once each week.
