Minimum Lot Area	4,000 square feet
Minimum Lot Width	75 feet
Maximum Structure Height	40 feet
Building Setback Requirements
Minimum Front Setback	25 feet
Minimum Side Setback	8 feet
Minimum Rear Setback	25 feet
